Booking conditions

Clear conditions for booking your Morocco tour

These booking conditions explain how your tour is reserved, confirmed, paid for, changed, or cancelled. They are intended to give you a clear summary of the main conditions that apply when booking with Adrar Eco Tours.

Booking confirmation

  • Bookings must be made using our booking form and the required traveler details.
  • Your booking is confirmed only once you receive a booking confirmation email or written notice from Adrar Eco Tours.
  • Receipt of the booking form and deposit alone does not confirm the booking.
  • Please review your confirmation carefully and notify us promptly if anything is incorrect.

Deposits & final payment

  • A deposit of 35% of the total booking cost is normally required. In some cases, a 50% deposit may apply, as specified during booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before departure.
  • If you book within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
Accepted payment methods include cards, bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, and ACH.

Changes to your booking

  • Any request to modify your booking must be made in writing.
  • All changes are subject to availability.
  • After the itinerary is confirmed, one set of amendments is permitted free of administration charges.
  • Any further client-initiated changes will incur an administration charge of US$65.

If we change or cancel your tour

  • We reserve the right to make changes to your tour and will notify you if this happens.
  • For a major change not caused by circumstances beyond our control, you may accept the change, choose another holiday, or cancel.
  • We may cancel a booking before departure and, if we do, the full amount paid will be refunded.
  • No compensation is payable for force majeure or events beyond our control, such as severe weather, strikes, airport disruption, or natural disaster.
